Empire Brain — Base Is the Only Game That's Working Right Now
Base callers are printing 2x and 5x hits at rates that crush every other chain. Solana volume is noise. EVM security is a problem.
The Regime: Base Dominance, Solana Noise, EVM Risk
The data from our alert network paints a clear picture: Base is the only chain where callers are consistently delivering. The Blackhat Alerts Xtrack on Base has a 73% 2x hit rate and a 61% 5x hit rate across 62 calls — that's a rep score of 410, the highest in the dataset. Compare that to the same source on Solana: 1,677 calls, but only a 57% 2x hit rate and a 33% 5x hit rate, with a rep of 202. Solana is a volume monster (423,599 total calls across all sources), but the signal-to-noise ratio is brutal. Most of those calls are garbage.
Ethereum and BSC are not much better. The Blackhat Alerts Xtrack on ETH has a 78% 2x rate but only a 40% 5x rate, and the rep sits at 271. BSC from the same source has a 48% 2x rate and a 24% 5x rate. The only chain where the 5x hit rate stays above 50% across a meaningful sample is Base.
What's Moving Right Now
Our live tracker has 28 tokens under watch, with 18 still alive. Six top movers are showing real momentum:
- OFFSET (Base): +422% in 24 hours, score 54.9
- Citadel (Base): +188%, score 58.1
- Serenity (BSC): +116%, score 63.7
- AHS (Base): +113%, score 45.4
- FLASH (Solana): +55%, score 63.9
- DISCLOSURE (Solana): +40%, score 78.7
Notice that four of the six top movers are on Base. The highest-scoring token (DISCLOSURE at 78.7) is on Solana, but its 24-hour gain is only 40%. The real alpha is on Base right now, and the scores suggest these moves have structural support, not just pump-and-dump spikes.
The Caution: 11 Recent Scams and EVM Security
We've tracked 11 recent scams in the last 24 hours. That number is low relative to total volume, but it's a reminder that the EVM chains (Base, ETH, BSC) are where the sophisticated rug mechanics live. Solana has its own risks — mempool sniping and fake liquidity — but EVM scams often involve contract-level traps that are harder to spot. If you're trading on Base or ETH, you need to verify contract ownership, liquidity locks, and honeypot checks on GMGN before you enter. The data says Base is the best-performing chain right now, but that also means it's where the bad actors are paying attention.
The Bottom Line
Base is the only chain where callers are hitting 5x at a rate above 50%. Solana is a slot machine with better odds than most, but the rep scores tell you most callers are guessing. EVM chains carry higher scam risk. Watch the live movers on Base, check contracts on GMGN, and don't chase anything that doesn't have a score above 50.
