Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Blackhat Empire (“we”, “us”) processes in connection with blackhat.finance and our publishing of our own educational content to our own connected social media accounts.
1. Information we collect from visitors
You can browse the Site without creating an account, and we do not ask visitors for personal information. We do not sell data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard technical request data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These logs rotate automatically.
- Local browser storage. Your watchlist and display filters are stored locally in your own browser. That data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
2. Social media account connections
When we connect our own social media accounts (for example via the TikTok, Meta or Google APIs), the platform issues access tokens for those accounts. We store those tokens on our own server, with restricted file permissions, and use them for one purpose only: publishing our own educational videos to our own accounts.
We never request access to other people’s accounts, never post on behalf of other users, and never collect, store or process other users’ personal data through these integrations.
Data we access via the TikTok API
- user.info.basic — the connected account’s basic profile information (open ID, display name), used to confirm which account content will be published to.
- video.publish — used solely to publish our own videos to that connected account.
We do not read other users’ content, comments, messages, or follower data.
3. How we use information
To operate and secure the Site, to display market data, and to publish our own content to our own accounts. We do not use visitor data for profiling or advertising.
4. Third-party services
The Site displays market data aggregated from third-party providers (including GMGN, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and Birdeye), and we publish content through the official APIs of TikTok, YouTube (Google), Instagram and Facebook (Meta). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.
5. Data retention and security
Access tokens are retained only while the relevant integration is active, and are revoked or deleted when it is disconnected. Credentials are stored with restricted permissions on our server. Server logs are retained on a short rotating schedule. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold.
6. Your rights
Because we do not collect personal information from visitors, there is generally no personal data for us to retrieve or erase. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will investigate and respond. You may also revoke our access to any connected social account at any time from that platform’s own settings.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
