Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of blackhat.finance (the “Site”), including the GMGNX market terminal, the DYOR Academy articles, our Telegram alert channels, and the short-form educational videos we publish to our own social media accounts (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Blackhat Empire publishes cryptocurrency market data and educational “do your own research” (DYOR) content. This includes:
- A live multi-chain token terminal showing publicly available market metrics (market cap, liquidity, volume, holder distribution).
- Written educational guides explaining how to read those metrics and identify common risks.
- Short-form educational videos summarising the same material, published to our own accounts.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not licensed financial advisors and we do not provide personalised recommendations. Cryptocurrency trading carries a high risk of total loss. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Any decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for it. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
3. AI-assisted content
Some content on the Service — including article drafts and video narration — is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and is labelled as AI-generated where published. AI systems can produce errors and omissions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, whether AI-assisted or not, and you should independently verify anything before relying on it.
4. Third-party data and links
Market data is aggregated from third-party sources including GMGN, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and Birdeye. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability. The Service may contain links to third-party sites and services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Referral links and disclosure
Some links on the Service are referral links to third-party trading platforms. If you use them, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the educational content we publish, and a referral link is never a recommendation to trade any particular asset.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or reproduce the Service at a scale that degrades it for others; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Publishing to social platforms
We publish our own content to our own accounts on third-party platforms (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook) using those platforms’ official APIs, subject to their terms and policies. We do not publish on behalf of other users.
8. Intellectual property
Original content, branding and layout on the Service belong to Blackhat Empire. Market data belongs to its respective providers. You may share and quote our educational content with attribution.
9. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackhat Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or trading losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content.
