Blackhat Empire ("the App") displays publicly-available on-chain market data and community trading signals for the Solana and EVM (BSC/ETH/Base) ecosystems. This policy explains what the App does and does not collect.
We do not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, wallet address, private keys, seed phrases, contacts, location, or any personal identifiers. The App never asks for and never has access to your crypto wallet.
If you choose to enable push notifications, your device's anonymous push token (issued by Apple APNs or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging via Expo) is stored on our server solely to deliver alert notifications to your device. This token contains no personal information, is never shared or sold, and is deleted when it becomes invalid. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Token prices, market caps, holder stats, and signals are fetched from public on-chain data providers (GMGN, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Jupiter) and from our own alert network. This is public market data, not personal data.
The App contains links to external services (e.g. gmgn.ai charts, Telegram). When you tap them you leave the App and are subject to those services' own privacy policies. Some links contain a referral identifier.
All content is informational. Memecoins are extremely high risk and you can lose everything. The App does not custody funds, execute trades, or provide financial advice. Always do your own research (DYOR).
The App is not directed at children under 17 and is rated accordingly.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
